WoodSpring Suites Houston Westchase

Our car got broken into. They have signs posted outside that they have security surveillance but they do not. We asked for the video to be played back and were told that they DO NOT have cameras outside. The place is really clean and the maintenance man is awesome but they have roaches. I know it's because some people are just dirty but I have to admit they do pest control monthly but still see roaches. Walls are thin and if you have someone above you keep in mind you will hear EVERYTHING! Prices are fair and the kitchen has a full size refrigerator.

I was there only for a short time waiting on my apt to get ready, but my stay was Awesome. My daughter actually turned 5 the night we checked in an she believe it was for her bday, the staff is friendly, moving forward we will go there every yr for her bday. I recommend this. You will love it. Very Clean.

The property is clean and the staff is so nice. Very safe. The hall on my floor smelled a bit strange, but the room was clean and fresh. Its not a luxury resort, but thats ok. The price was great for a week's stay and having the kitchenette was convenient. I would stay here again.

The staff were really good. The front desk clerk, Megan was extremely helpful and so nice. The rooms are pretty good. Over all not a bad place to stay.

April and Boris make it enjoyable by speaking everyday. They fix any issues we have and James and my other night time auditor I think it begins with an E.

I needed a place to stay for one night for my family of four. I got two rooms at a steal! I knew the location simply from living near the area. The outside of the property is clean and well lit. Inside the lobby, the staff were very friendly and professional. Ms Monique and Ms Tracy got me checked in with no problem. The rooms were very clean and suitable for our stay. The only conn is that my neighbor was frying food and it overwhelmed my room. I've read the reviews and people complain about housekeeping and no breakfast or coffee. I even saw a few complain that there were no pots and pans or hair dryers.....LIKE, REALLY PEOPLE??? I've stayed at many hotels and this one is within my top 5. I want to thank Monique, Tracy, and Sherelle for their service and warm welcoming attitudes. It isn't everyday you come across such nice and pleasant people. You ladies are a wonderful team and work very well together. If need be, I will return here for future business.

The front desk were nice the stay was ok the only problem that i had was that the room had a weird smell, the bed was kind of hard, and the air kept cutting on and off due to it being on Energy Saver and there was no way to turn it off, and the walls must be really thin because I could hear the person in the next room on their phone. The rooms are cheap just be prepared to already have pots and pans because they do not provide them

I have stayed here the past couple days the lady that I always see walking around doing things here her name is Chandra she is very nice and kind very helpful I give all thumbs up to her
